Complaints

We invite and encourage all of our service users to speak with us about any aspect of their Treatment or experience at our Practice, at any time. In that way, we are almost always able to resolve any issue or concern to the satisfaction of the person raising it, then and there.

If there is a case in which you feel the matter has not been resolved our Team will give you the opportunity and help you, to contact the Practice Manager. The starting point will be for us to follow our Policy and Procedures so that your points get discussed and addressed. You will find that we will show respect for your point of view. You will also find that we will do everything we reasonably can to identify and act on an agreed solution.
