Appointments

Attending your planned and scheduled appointments is crucially important for the success of your treatment. Cancelling or failing to attend appointments can significantly impact the progress of your treatment and may lead to delays or affect the final outcome.

While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, causing you to miss an appointment, it's essential to recognise the importance of your treatment and the impact of missed appointments on your overall progress.

To ensure the efficient management of our schedule and to respect the time of both our patients and our practice, we have a policy in place regarding missed appointments or cancellations made at short notice (less than 24 hours). In such cases, a fee of £50 may be charged.
