Nestor Orolloga

Nestor's journey in Orthodontics began with his medical and specialist studies in Albania and Romania, before relocating to the UK with his family in 2006. Joining the Accessible Orthodontics Group in 2010, he swiftly became a partner in 2014. Recently, he and David have taken full ownership of the practice.

Nestor's journey in Orthodontics began with his medical and specialist studies in Albania and Romania, before relocating to the UK with his family in 2006. Nestor is the epitome of a professional clinician, placing immense value on ongoing education. He regularly attends courses and training sessions across the UK and Europe, setting a precedent for his team to follow. His chairside manner is characterised by care, understanding, and engagement. Renowned for his thorough and meticulous treatment planning, Nestor's perfectionism ensures that no treatment is rushed.
With a wealth of experience in all orthodontic treatment options, Nestor is an elite provider for Invisalign and other aligner systems. Moreover, he stands out as one of the most highly qualified lingual (Incognito) specialists in the region.
When not creating perfect smiles, he enjoys spending time with his family, travelling and attending courses and seminars.
Fun Fact: Nestor has never watched any of the Star Wars movies.

David Zollo
Practice Manager
David's journey to the UK began in 2003 when he relocated with his family from Australia, alongside the other original founding members of Accessible Orthodontics. Recently, he and Nestor have taken full ownership of the practice.

David's journey to the UK began in 2003 when he relocated with his family from Australia, alongside the other original founding members of Accessible Orthodontics. Recently, he and Nestor have taken full ownership of the practice.
With a background in Critical Care nursing and experience in Sales and Marketing within pharmaceutical companies, David brings a unique skill set to the practice. He dedicates his energies to ensuring the smooth operation of the practice and the well-being of our team and patients.
Outside of managing the practice, David enjoys spending time with his family, cooking, and rediscovering his love for golf. He also coaches a local junior cricket team and is a dedicated supporter of Test Match Cricket, supporting Australia, of course.
Strange Fact: David will only listen to the radio or TV with the volume set at a multiple of 2 or 5!"

Carolina joined our Practice in May 2024. Prior to this, she left a role in Administration and made a seismic shift into the world of dental nursing, learning and progressing quickly. She moved rapidly on to receive her qualifications as an Orthodontic Therapist.
A recent relocation from London to Oxford has allowed her to operate at a slightly calmer pace. Dedicated to her Patients and the consummate clinical professional, she has made a fantastic addition to our Practice, with Patients and Team members alike holding her in very high regard.
In her spare time, she enjoys walking (on an epic scale) and Motocross.

Zoe Bennett
Lead Orthodontic Nurse

Zoe joined our Oxford Practice in 2020 as an experienced Dental Nurse, marking her first venture into Orthodontics, and she hasn't looked back since. In just a year, she ascended to the role of Lead Nurse in 2021, showcasing her dedication and talent in the field.

Zoe joined our Oxford Practice in 2020 as an experienced Dental Nurse, marking her first venture into Orthodontics, and she hasn't looked back since. In just a year, she ascended to the role of Lead Nurse in 2021, showcasing her dedication and talent in the field.
Mastering all aspects of Orthodontic Nursing and patient hygiene, Zoe's commitment to professional development is evident. She completed her Certificate in Dental Radiography and embarked on an Orthodontic Nursing course, further enhancing her skills and knowledge in the field.
Zoe shares an excellent working relationship with Nestor, our Specialist Orthodontist. Patients adore her care and support in the surgery, making her an invaluable member of our team."
When she’s not setting world record times for scanning teeth she enjoys horse riding and competing and walking her dog.
Fun Fact: Zoe has started many but never once completed a puzzle.

Jo became a part of our practice in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles within the dental industry. With prior experience as a Dental Nurse, Patient Liaison, and Receptionist, Jo quickly adapted to the reception role and excelled in it.

Jo became a part of our practice in 2019, bringing a wealth of experience from various roles within the dental industry. With prior experience as a Dental Nurse, Patient Liaison, and Receptionist, Jo quickly adapted to the reception role and excelled in it.
Her journey continued as she seamlessly transitioned into the Treatment Coordinator role. Inspired to expand her skill set, Jo re-registered herself with the GDC and now regularly assists in the surgery with Nestor and the team. She's a true all-rounder, contributing to the growth of our practice over the past few years.
Patients appreciate Jo's dedication to follow-up and support, guiding them through the next steps in commencing their treatment journey.
When she’s not helping patients take that first step to a perfect smile she enjoys true crime documentaries and podcasts, spending time with her dogs and other pets and also has a growing obsession with house plants.
Fun fact: Jo is terrified of birds!

Saffron joined our team in 2021, bringing with her valuable experience gained from her previous roles as front-of-house for various dental and medical practices across Oxford. Until recently, she successfully managed our Patient NHS Targets and has now transitioned into the role of compliance guru, working alongside David on clinical governance and all aspects of CQC compliance.

Saffron joined our team in 2021, bringing with her valuable experience gained from her previous roles as front-of-house for various dental and medical practices across Oxford. Until recently, she successfully managed our Patient NHS Targets and has now transitioned into the role of compliance guru, working alongside David on clinical governance and all aspects of CQC compliance.
Known for her unique style, Saffron effortlessly puts our patients at ease with her warm greetings and attentive care during their time at the practice. Her ability to connect with patients resonates well, consistently earning high praise in our patient feedback and reviews.
Saffron's vibrant personality adds a touch of humour to the team dynamic, often leaving her team mates in stitches. She particularly enjoys being asked a 'very good question' and embraces every opportunity to engage with patients and colleagues alike.
When she’s not meeting and greeting patients she enjoys attending festivals, eating out with friends.
